Moving Curators is a moving cabinet of curiosities
showcasing the personal collections of four individuals. Taking each individual’s most prized collection, we showcase them in a museum-like style, exhibiting the works they treasure. We wanted to show each individual’s most precious items, but also show the things that are kept in the
background. The junk drawer is representative of the items not on display, the ninety-five percent which we keep hidden. Through this installation, we showcase the personal collections of individuals in another light.
