White Matter -what’s the matter with you? 

Our installation explores the intriguing way our brain chemistry works when we come into contact with the idea of collections ofobjects or experiences.Just like a Wunderkammer our brain could be seen as a cabinet of curiosity as we gather our own personal collections of memories. We curated our White Matter, an installation which invites you to interactwith a three-dimensionalbrain. The idea is understood and summarised by audio playing through a set of headphones that explores what happens within your brain and how collectionsaffects your initial response.There is a visual representation of what happens within your brain during an emotional response. We have recreated neurotransmitters that symbolises the internal structure of the brain which is suspended above our installation.
